Farmer Cross-fit

You might think all farmers are big, strapping men, but about half of our processing crew is women. We aren’t big, but we do get buff, thanks to farmer cross-fit. You can be strong too with this simple workout plan!

First, get yourself some farmer cross-fit shoes.

Now just grab a bin of wet carrots, count 1,2,3,……

And lift with your arms and a knee! Phew!

Now repeat 20 times, every day from March to September. 🙂
